What you get
- Adults only: creating an account requires confirming you are 18 or older, and every page carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label so parental control filters block it.
- Prompt screening runs before any model is called, on every surface, for signed-out visitors too. It fails closed and no account or paid tier can switch it off.
- Source images are checked for apparent age and for resemblance to a real, identifiable public figure before they are stored or used, and an unclear result blocks the upload.
- Finished renders are screened as well as requests. A withheld render is locked away and its credits are returned automatically.
- Flagged items go to human review by the Animator Hub team, and user reports are typically actioned within 24 hours.
What is always blocked
Any prompt or upload that depicts or sexualises a minor is blocked before generation and logged for review, including a childlike body paired with a claimed adult age. Confirmed violations end in permanent account termination and cooperation with law enforcement. Sexual or nude depictions of a real person made without consent, non-consent, bestiality, incest and extreme gore are blocked in the same way.
Data and security
Traffic is served over HTTPS and data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the hosting provider. Row level security scopes every database read and write to the owning user. Sign in is by Google or by email and password, and passwords are never stored in plain text. Card details never touch Animator Hub servers. Account data is kept while the account is active, and deletion can be requested from the account page at any time.
Reporting and security contact
Report content or behaviour to abuse@animatorhub.ai with a link and a short description. Reports involving minors are top priority. Security reports sent to the same address with the subject Security are acknowledged within 72 hours.
Questions
- How does Animator Hub keep minors out of generated content?
- Prompts that pair minor-coded language with sexual terms are blocked before any model runs, source images are checked for apparent age, and finished renders are screened again. The checks fail closed and cannot be disabled.
- Can I generate content of a real person?
- Not sexual or nude content. Source images are checked for resemblance to real public figures, uploading a real person without consent is prohibited, and accounts that do it are terminated.
- What happens when a render is blocked?
- The render is withheld, the credits are returned to your balance automatically, and the attempt is logged. Anything flagged reaches a human reviewer.
- How do I report content?
- Email abuse@animatorhub.ai with a link and a short description, or use the contact page. Abuse and safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Is this page an independent audit?
- No. It is maintained by Animator Hub to answer common safety, privacy and security questions. It is not a certification.
