Exemption statement

All visual depictions displayed on Animator Hub (animatorhub.ai) are entirely computer-generated using artificial intelligence models. They do not depict any actual human being. Because 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 apply only to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, the content produced and displayed on Animator Hub falls outside the scope of the statute and is therefore exempt from its record-keeping requirements.

No real performers

Animator Hub does not employ, contract with, direct, or otherwise engage human performers. No photograph, film, video, or digital recording of a real person is used as source material for the content displayed publicly on the platform. User-uploaded reference images are used only to guide AI generation on private accounts, are screened by an automated apparent-age and public-figure check before they are stored or used, and are subject to our Content Policy and Trust Center. On accounts running under our stricter compliance profile, device uploads are disabled entirely, so the only permitted source material is output the platform itself generated for that account.

Zero tolerance for minors

Any generation, upload, or request that depicts or sexualizes a minor is strictly forbidden, is blocked by always-on automated moderation that fails closed and that no account may switch off, results in immediate permanent account termination when detected, and is reported to the appropriate authorities.
