1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Animator Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for all content you generate using the Platform. The Platform provides AI video generation tools, and you agree that:

• You will not generate any content depicting minors in any context
• You will not generate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• You will not generate content depicting extreme torture or violence against children
• You will not generate non-consensual deepfake images or videos of any real person, public figure or private individual
• You will not upload an image or video of a real person without that person's consent
• You confirm every real person you upload is 18 or older and has agreed to the use, or is you
• You accept full legal and moral responsibility for all content created under your account

4. Images of Real People

• Uploading an image or video of a real person without that person's consent is prohibited. This applies everywhere you can upload on Animator Hub, including image-to-video, image editing, reference-to-video and photos sent in AI Lover chat. Before your first upload you must confirm that every real person depicted is 18 or older and has consented to the use, or is you. We record the date and time of that confirmation.
• Accounts that upload or generate imagery of a real person without their consent are terminated. We may also report the account to law enforcement.
• If you are depicted in content on Animator Hub that you did not consent to, report it and we will remove it within 48 hours of the report, as required by the Take It Down Act. You do not need an account to file a report, and you do not need to identify yourself beyond what is needed to locate the content.

5. Platform Liability

The Platform is a tool provider only. The developers, operators, and owners of Animator Hub:

• Bear no responsibility for user-generated content
• Are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated content
• Reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund
• May report illegal content to relevant authorities

6. Credits and Payments

• 1 credit = 1 second of video generation, or the equivalent for image and companion features
• Credits are reserved when you submit a generation and charged on delivery
• If a generation fails, times out, or is withheld by our safety checks, the credits are returned to your balance automatically
• Purchased credits are otherwise final, see the Refund Policy
• Card payments are processed by our card processor, cryptocurrency payments by our cryptocurrency processor. Card details never reach our servers
• An account may hold one active subscription at a time. While a paid period is running, further plan purchases are declined and credit top-ups are offered instead
• An unpaid balance from a failed or reversed payment follows the account and must be settled before new purchases go through

7. Content Visibility

Generated videos are public by default and visible in the Explore feed. You can set videos to private at any time. The Platform is not responsible for any consequences of publicly shared content.

8. AI Watermark

Generated videos may include an AI-generated watermark for identification purposes.

9. Content Screening

Automated screening runs on every prompt, upload and finished render before delivery. It is always on, it fails closed, and no account, tier or allowlist can switch it off. A render that fails a safety check is withheld and the credits are returned. Uploads from a device are being switched off across the Platform. Many accounts already run without them and the rest are being moved over, after which the only permitted source media is output the Platform generated for that same account.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice and without refund of unused credits.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its developers, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or content you generate.
