Model Verification and Consent Policy

This policy is issued by ElVivia Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17550774, registered office 9 Chapel Place, 2nd Floor, London EC2A 3DQ, United Kingdom, which operates Animator Hub ("we", "us").

Adult platforms are expected to verify the age, identity and consent of every person who appears in their content. This policy explains how that applies to Animator Hub, where the content is generated by AI.

1. No real models or performers

Every person shown in media made on Animator Hub is generated by artificial intelligence. We do not employ, contract, recruit, film, photograph or pay models or performers, we run no studio, and we do not accept or distribute recordings of real sexual conduct. Our AI companions and the characters in our own marketing are AI generated personas, not real people. Users cannot sell content or earn money from content on Animator Hub.

Because no real person is depicted in machine generated media, it is not material that requires performer records under 18 U.S.C. 2257. Our full position is in the 2257 statement.

2. Adult appearance of every character

Every generated character must be, and must clearly appear to be, an adult. Requests that describe or suggest a minor are refused before generation, and finished images and videos are checked again before delivery. A character who is a minor in a book, film, game or anime may not be depicted in sexual content, whatever age the prompt gives them.

3. When a real person can appear

A real person can only enter the platform through a photograph or clip that a user uploads as a source, for example to animate a photo or to set the look of an AI companion. For every such upload:

• The user must confirm, before the first upload, that every real person shown is 18 or older and has consented to this use, or is the user. We record the confirmation, its date and time, and the account, with the upload
• Automated analysis estimates the age of every person shown and refuses an image of anyone who may be under 20. Only a person on our team can clear a refused image, and only after review
• Likeness checks refuse sexual use of public figures and other identifiable people
• Uploads that appear to show a person under duress, a trafficking victim or a minor are blocked, preserved and escalated

We do not collect identity documents from the people shown in user uploads, and we never ask users to send us someone else's identity document. Responsibility for the consent of a person shown in an upload rests with the user who uploaded it, who confirms it under our Terms and is liable for a false confirmation.

4. Consent records

Each upload consent confirmation is stored with the account, the upload, and the date and time. We keep these records while the upload or anything made from it exists, and for as long as needed to answer a report or legal request about it. We provide them to the authorities on valid legal process.

5. Withdrawal of consent and removal

A person who appears in content on Animator Hub without consent, or who withdraws consent, can ask us to remove it through the report form at /report or by writing to support@animatorhub.ai. No account is needed and the person does not have to prove their identity beyond what is needed to find the content. We remove non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of the report, as required by the Take It Down Act, and close the account that created it.

6. Age of users

Users must be 18 or older. Every user confirms their age when they join, and we are introducing a certified age check for users in the United Kingdom, as set out in our Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
