- It is free to try. New accounts get free credits on signup.
- A first purchase made within 48 hours of signing up adds 20 percent bonus credits to the 100 credit pack. That is a bonus. The base pack is 100 credits.
- Payment is by card or by crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and other coins). Animator Hub never sees or stores the card number.
- A render that fails, times out or is withheld by the safety check is refunded to the credit balance automatically.
- Everything a user generates is private by default. Nothing is published unless the user switches that item to public and it passes review.
- Users must be 18 or older. Any depiction of a minor is prohibited and blocked. Sexual or nude depictions of a real person created without that person's consent are prohibited, and so is uploading a photograph or video of a real person without their consent.
- An uploaded photograph in which anyone appears younger than 20 is refused before any credit is charged. The threshold is 20, not 18, on purpose.
- Features built to alter photographs of real people were withdrawn for compliance in August 2026. They are not offered, and their former pages return a removal notice.
- It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. There is nothing to install, and the platform adds no watermark to downloads.
