Content Monitoring Policy and Procedures
Last updated: 02/11/2026
This policy is issued by ElVivia Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17550774, registered office 9 Chapel Place, 2nd Floor, London EC2A 3DQ, United Kingdom, which operates Animator Hub ("we", "us").
This document explains how we monitor content on Animator Hub: what is checked automatically, when a person reviews it, how reports are handled, what happens to accounts that break the rules, and how decisions can be appealed. The rules themselves are set out in the Content Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Principles
- Content involving a minor is blocked without exception, on every surface, for every account, signed in or not
- Screening is always on and fails closed: when a check cannot reach a clear answer, the content is blocked rather than delivered
- No paying tier, allowlist or account of any kind can switch the screening off
- Checks run before any credit is spent, and again on the finished output before it is delivered
- Everything a user creates is private by default. Nothing becomes public without a deliberate choice by the user and a review by us
2. Automated screening before generation
Every prompt, every chat message to an AI companion and every edit instruction is checked before it reaches a model. Prompts in any language are checked both as written and after translation into English. The checks refuse:
- Any sexual content involving a minor, including words and phrases that code a person as under 18, school settings combined with sexual content, and named characters who are minors
- Sexual content involving a real, identifiable person, checked against a list of more than 80,000 public figures
- Sexual content involving an animal
- Sexual content combined with killing, death or a corpse
- Explicit requests to depict rape or sexual assault
- The other prohibited categories in our Content Policy
A refused request is not charged, and the attempt is logged.
3. Screening of uploaded images and clips
Where a feature accepts an uploaded photograph or clip as a source, the upload goes through extra checks before it is used:
- Before a first upload the user must confirm that every real person shown is 18 or older and has consented to the use, or is the user. We record the date and time of that confirmation with the upload
- Automated analysis estimates the age of every person shown. An image of anyone who may be under 20 is refused. A user who believes a refusal is wrong can ask for a human review, and only a person on our team can clear that image
- Likeness checks look for public figures and other identifiable real people, and refuse sexual use of their image
- An upload that appears to show a minor, a person under duress or a trafficking victim is blocked, kept as evidence and escalated to a person
4. Screening of finished output
Every finished image and video is checked again before it is delivered, because an output can break the rules even when the request looked clean. An output that fails is withheld, never shown to the user, and the credits are returned automatically. Withheld outputs are logged for review.
5. Public content
Content only appears in the Explore feed, on public pages or in search results if the user switches it to public and it then passes our review. Public prompts and captions are cleaned of anything that should not be shown to the public. Any published item can be taken down at the request of the user who made it, of a person shown in it, or by us.
6. Human review
- Flagged requests, withheld outputs and every user report go to the review queue in our admin console
- A flag only counts against an account when two independent automated checks agree, and a user can ask for a person to review any decision about their content or account
- Reports and flags involving a minor, non-consensual imagery, trafficking or a person in danger are treated as top priority and are never closed by an automated decision alone
- Reviewers can remove content, warn, freeze or close an account, and refer a case to the authorities, without further approval
- We regularly sample delivered output to find gaps in the automated checks, and every confirmed miss leads to a rule change
7. Reports from users and the public
- Anyone can report content with the report button on any video, image or companion chat message, or through the report form at /report. No account is needed
- Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are actioned within 48 hours, as required by the Take It Down Act. We aim to act on every other report within 24 hours, and reports involving a minor go to the front of the queue
- A person shown in content without consent does not need to prove their identity beyond what is needed to find the content
- Copyright notices are handled under our DMCA policy
- Reports can also be sent to support@animatorhub.ai
8. Consequences for accounts
We act in proportion to what happened:
- Content involving a minor, or non-consensual sexual imagery of a real person: the content is removed, the account is frozen at once and closed without refund when a person confirms the breach, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities
- Other confirmed breaches: the content is removed and the account receives a warning. Repeated confirmed breaches lead to the account being frozen and then closed
- Attempts to get around the screening, for example by deliberately misspelling blocked words, count as breaches in their own right
- A frozen or closed account cannot generate content, and the user is told why in an inbox notice or by email
9. Appeals
If you disagree with our decision, you may request an independent review by a neutral third party at the merchant's expense.
To start an appeal, reply to the decision email we sent you, or write to support@animatorhub.ai with the content ID or report reference. A refused upload can also be sent for human review from the Safety review page. A person on our team reviews every appeal, and we reply within 14 days.
10. Law enforcement and child protection
Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or credible evidence of trafficking or exploitation, we preserve it, report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or to the competent authority in the relevant country, and close the account. We respond to valid legal process and to emergency disclosure requests where there is a risk of death or serious harm. Our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy gives more detail.
11. Records
Every automated refusal, flag, report, review decision and account action is logged with the time, the reason and who decided. Content tied to an open report, appeal or legal hold is kept until the case is closed, and is otherwise deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
12. Review of this policy
The Director of ElVivia Group Limited owns this policy. It is reviewed at least once a year, after any serious incident, and whenever the law or our products change.
