Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Animator Hub has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion and forced labour. This policy explains what is prohibited, why our content carries no real performers, how to report a concern, and how we work with law enforcement.

Zero tolerance

The following are prohibited without exception, and an account found doing any of them is terminated immediately, its content removed, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Generating, uploading or sharing content that depicts human trafficking, sexual servitude, debt bondage or forced labour approvingly or as advertising
• Using the platform to advertise, recruit, solicit, arrange or coordinate commercial sexual services or the movement of people
• Any content depicting a minor in a sexual, violent or exploitative context, which is separately and permanently blocked across every generator
• Content depicting a real person in a sexual context without that person's consent
• Using the platform to threaten, coerce, blackmail or control another person, including sextortion
• Payment, messaging or profile fields used to pass contact details for the above

No real performers, nothing is filmed

Every person depicted in media created on Animator Hub is generated by artificial intelligence. We do not employ, contract, recruit, host, film or pay performers, we operate no studio or set, and we do not accept or distribute recordings of real sexual conduct. There is therefore no performer for a trafficker to recruit, transport, hold or profit from through this service.

Because no real human being is depicted in machine-generated media, it is not matter subject to 18 U.S.C. 2257 record keeping. Our full position is set out in the 2257 statement, and the categories we block are listed in the content policy.

Uploads of real people

The one place a real person can enter the platform is a file a user uploads as a source image or clip. Uploading a photograph or video of any real person without that person's consent is prohibited. Before a first upload every account must confirm that each real person depicted is 18 or older and has consented, or is the uploader, and we record the date and time of that confirmation with the upload.

Uploads that appear to depict a trafficking victim, a person under duress, or anyone who may be a minor are blocked, removed and escalated to human review, and the account is terminated. We do not require the reporter to prove the person's identity before we act.

How to report suspected trafficking

If you believe any content, account or message on Animator Hub involves trafficking or exploitation, tell us. You do not need an account, you do not need to identify yourself, and you do not need to be the person depicted.

• Use the report form at /report, or the report button on any video, image or companion chat message
• Or email abuse@animatorhub.ai with the word TRAFFICKING in the subject line
• Include the page address or the content ID shown under the item, and anything that helps us locate it
• Tell us if you believe a person depicted is a minor or is in immediate danger, so we can escalate ahead of the queue
• If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number and local law enforcement first. In the United States you can also reach the National Human Trafficking Hotline on 1-888-373-7888, or text 233733

Reports in this category always reach a human reviewer. They are never closed by an automated decision alone. We aim to act within 24 hours, and within 48 hours at the latest for non-consensual intimate imagery, as required by the Take It Down Act. While a report is open we preserve the content, the account record and the associated logs so evidence is not lost.

Cooperation with law enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and with recognised child protection and anti-trafficking organisations. We respond to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders and search warrants, and we honour preservation requests. Where there is a risk of death or serious physical harm we act on emergency disclosure requests without waiting for process.

Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or credible evidence of trafficking, we report it proactively to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or to the competent authority in the relevant jurisdiction, and we retain the associated records for as long as the law requires.

Moderation and training

Every generator, upload path and companion chat surface runs automated screening for the categories above before a request is processed, and blocked attempts are logged for review. Staff who handle reports are briefed on the indicators of trafficking and exploitation and on the escalation route, and they may terminate an account and refer a case without further approval.
